The Methodology
The method involved in the development of a HOUSING ESTATE is all encompassing as it includes the acquisition of a large expanse of land. The said acquisition is done to the utmost level of securing same through the government agencies involved in a particular state. Completing the acquisition, site clearing and layout into plots is done after which leveling is carried out. Having done these, the design team and cost estimators carry out preliminary design and budget for the different types of houses that will be within the estate.

INVESTMENT CONSULTANCY
Our Investment Department undertakes the development of real estate projects
and international funding for local projects including the development of Mass
Housing, Industrial Estates, Recreational projects, commercial projects and
agricultural project.POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR INSTANT ALLOCATION
- Instant allocation and right to choose plot(s) should be granted to any client that has completed payment, which includes both survey and legal documentation fee.
- A client that has made 75% of the total fee (which includes survey and legal documentation), should be given an instant physical allocation and right to choose plot(s); on the condition that the client must complete the remaining 25% of the cost of land within three (3) months. In the case of a default, the client loses the plot while the company uses its discretion to reallocate the client.
- Instant allocation and right to choose should be granted to client that has completed payment for land only without documentation fee on the condition that the client must make payment for survey and legal documentation within 2months. Failure to do so would amount to re-allocation of the client at the company's discretion.
- Physical allocation shall not exceed one (1) week after payment for all category of clients mentioned above.
